La Trappe Abbey, in Orne, Normandy, is an active Cistercian monastery with over 900 years of history.
In a context of openness, the community wished to explore the possibility of a visitor route within the abbey and a reorganization of the community spaces. The project focused on architectural and museographic-scenographic programming and defining the site’s strategic positioning.
